When you can have compassion for all of who you are and all of who you are not, when you can care gently for yourself, when your behavior has been careless and without discernment, when you can warmly welcome yourself back into your own arms, when you’ve behaved badly and hurt those you care deeply about, then you can offer this healing mercy to another.

This is your journey, dear sister. It is to love completely every crack and crevice of your soul that is dark and wounded and prefers to remain hidden. This is where the glory lies. From here, you will heal all those you touch.

Come to us. We will love you completely when you are unable to love yourself. Then do the same for others.”

“Relationships are the place that our greatest life lessons occur. Our generosity is seen easily in our relationships, as is our selfishness. All that is good and decent about us shows up in our relationships and all that is evil and frightening about us shows up as well. We learn to love ourselves in relationships with another. We learn to love another when we learn to love ourselves.

Loving our beauty, our goodness, our generosity and light come easily. Loving our ugliness, our deceptive self, our selfishness and darkness, now this takes courage and commitment.

We all hold parts of ourselves we wish to hide inside. The gift of relationships is seeing all of who we are and loving those parts we want to keep hidden. Pouring mercy and kindness on our selfishness and self-righteousness takes the deepest form of love. Standing as an ally to our beauty and our own ugliness; this is bravery at its finest.

Relationships teach us to love all of who we are and to gently shine this light for others to love all of who they are as well.”

This is a beautiful prayer that I have had with me since college. It was on a poster and a quote of Ludwig van Beethoven. It's corners were tattered and torn after twenty-five years but I loved it so.

We are moving from our neighborhood of over ten years. My daughter and I created a loving and healthful emotional atmosphere here together with our neighbors and friends. We created a community. She is in college now and my husband and I are moving to another part of Houston. It is a move filled with deep gratitude for all of our abundance, sadness for what we are leaving behind and joyful anticipation for what is to come.

It is your Divine calling to receive the abundant blessings of the universe.

“Service comes in so many ways. Part of your service work is to share this truth with others. When your attention and focus in on the physical realm, the result will be a physical one. When your attention and focus in on the spiritual realm, the result will be a spiritual one.

In the physical realm, you may try to see, create in your mind and predict an outcome. In the spiritual realm, there are unforeseen visions that appear, results that were not known to the human mind, and outcomes beyond your understanding.

The lessons reoccur for you because it is a challenging lesson to grasp. It is available more easily to the mystic no longer in the physical realm and available to those willing to surrender physical attachments. There are others waiting to hear this lesson again. You are both receiver and messenger for this message.

”This soul purpose and expression of service that you have been called to does not require your approval or your understanding. This would be confirmation of your ego and self-will. Often there is no assurance of right action. During these times you will learn to trust and surrender to Divine mystery.

Divine intervention and the expression of your soul’s partners for the higher good of all involved come to you as you surrender on this journey. Often times, the higher good and higher purpose for all involved does not require you ‘feeling’ good and understanding it all. This is not your concern. Understanding, knowing the outcome, feeling good and assuring agreement from others is a form of ego protection.

Your desire to serve as you have been called and make a difference in ways beyond your understanding will continue to call you to surrender. It will also call you to a willingness to be misunderstood, disliked and without knowledge of outcome. You see, in the spiritual world, a soul’s work is often misunderstood, rejected and feared.

In time, while surrendering and trusting your spiritual and soul partners, the souls, hearts and spirits of all will resonate with the message and the gifts bestowed. There will be more to surrender along the way. There will be more opening of hearts and minds along the way. The masses will receive in their soul’s purpose and seek companions on their spiritual journey.

How, when, where, why or why not is not your concern. You are called, my sister, to this spiritual purpose and Divine destiny one step at a time. As you continue to surrender, the message and the wisdom needed will come to you. As you receive, so shall you give. There is no question of this path for you on the Spirit realm. As you continue to bring your doubts and questions to us, all will be served, calmed, inspired and comforted.

Continue to come to us. Come with angst. Come with doubt. Come with joy. Come with peace. Come. Come. Come.”

Surrender attachments and embrace our deepest desires

I'm aware of the call to surrender each day. I surrender my way in service of another perspective and a Spiritual Perspective. I surrender who I thought I could count on consistently and replace this desire for connection with a closer spiritual connection and I surrender expectations of others in service of my attachment to a Spiritual Source. In doing so, I go within. I can trust that my deepest desires and passions are a form of communication from my own Higher Power and I follow this energy from inside my own heart and soul.

“There are so many ways that the wounding of the collective seeps into the religious and cultural learning of each generation. Learning to honor and embrace that which you feel passion for is something you are learning. The learning or relearning of this comes from messages received out of woundedness. ‘You should think of others first. You should work, work, work to get ahead. You should do what you are told.’

These messages will eventually cover the more innate and cellular beliefs about passion and service. Eventually we forget our passion and desire for service and try to do the right thing and be good.

Listen now. Honor your passions above all else. Pay attention to that which gives you joy and fulfillment. Remember your desire to serve and contribute to others will be fed by that which you feel the most passion and joy. It is in knowing, embracing and fully honoring these innate yearnings inside that all else falls into place.

Your desires fulfilled allow for more service to others. When you honor your deepest passions, you are free to share your greatest gifts with others. Your commitment to live from within and inviting fulfillment creates abundance and guidance for others to do the same.

Abundance comes from within. Honoring and sharing from within is fed by your own passions and joy. Embracing and loving from within begin with embracing your deepest desires.

Would you keep from others what has so generously and abundantly been given to you? All are given gifts to share and soul work to complete. This is your path right now. Others have their own path to follow.

We are here with you. This is a gift given and a gift to be shared.

This is not a place to allow your fear and shame, your wounded ego and distressful thoughts to stand between what you’ve been called to release and share. Bring your fear to us. Trust this knowing deep within. Come to us. Surrender and trust. All will unfold.”

Embracing our Shadows

Shadows reflect our light...

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light,” said Carl Jung, “but by making the darkness conscious.” As the originator of the concept of “shadow” Carl Jung first brought into our cultural consciousness the necessity of loving ourselves through bringing to consciousness what is in the unconscious. This applies especially to the most unlovable and dark parts that we have worked diligently to hide, repress and deny. As a certified Shadow Work® facilitator and author of a book on the Sacred Feminine, I work with these energies and create environments that allow individuals to explore their darker side. With Sacred Feminine principles, we surrender to it all and know that the connection between dark and light, pain and joy, sickness and health is symbiotic. We cannot experience one without the other. Stepping into my own darkness and creating circles that invite others to do the same are the environments that I play, teach and learn within. These are the circles that I facilitate and allow myself to be facilitated within to continue my own emotional and spiritual maturity and trust my darkness to the light.

In “Blessings From Mary” my most recent book, I explore 9 Sacred Feminine Principles and offer daily meditations that lead one to their Divine Purpose. Here I share some ideas inspired by Carl Jung which encourage us to embrace those “dark” emotions rather than avoid and run from them. In an age and culture that prescribes to a quick fix from discomfort: physical, emotional and spiritual, it’s not always an appealing invitation to explore and embrace our shadows. We think if we are feeling good then we are living well and if we are feeling grieve, despair, fear or shame there must be something wrong.

Sacred Feminine spirituality encourages us to meet all of ourselves with open heart and allow our wounds to inform us of all we have to offer. Our woundedness and shadows teach us about our giftedness. In our full embrace of the hurts, pain, “feel-bad” emotions we carry, we also embrace our compassion, joy and deepest sense of self. In the Sacred Feminine perspective, we hold our darkness with comfort, care and a willingness to surrender. In our darkness, we find brilliance, wisdom and authenticity.

From this fullness, we give to others. Our fully experienced grief, fear and pain open our hearts and bring us the unexpected gifts of gratitude, joy and a deepened capacity to love ourselves and others.

Acceptance or Transformation?

I wonder about the distinction between acceptance and taking a stand for transformation. To love someone fully, is to accept who they are and who they are not, learning to receive the gifts that the relationship offers and seek connection where it can happen. There are individuals who model acceptance for me and then there are others who model taking a stand for transformation. When do we accept someone as they are and when do we request change in our relationships with others. The answer seems clear in today's meditation; in that daily spiritual connection is the foundation on which all clarity comes. What might be right for one, may need a different tact for another. “We come to you now to aid and honor what is most dear to your heart. What is dear to your heart is dear to ours. It is all part of your soul’s work to do. Creating a sacred and powerful marriage is also a part of your soul’s work to do. This is the most important and significant place to bring our healing energy and wisdom. Listen to our ancient knowing and trust.

You want to change your partner. Your energy to make him different goes against the natural rhythm of transformation. Your desire to change, and your resistance to what is, adds strength to the very energy you want to transform.

First, welcome the energy as it is. Welcome your partner’s wounded dynamic and yours as it interacts together. Welcome the hurt, frustration and the challenge. It is here. We will join forces to transform.

Next, stand for yourself in your family relationships. As a place to stand, there is clarity and power.

Lastly, be aware of your intentions. Allow yourself compassion for his wound, but let not its energy seep into the intention for healing and empowerment. Your intention is most important.

Stay clear and detached from the swirling pain and energy of his wounded places and your own wounded places. Open yourself to creating an avenue of new possibility and a path to freedom. Ask us to join you. Trust the power of your intention. Trust the power of your commitment and desire to make a new way. Accepting exactly what is, as it is, actually begins the transformation process. Allow the transformation to happen by first accepting it as it is.”

Surrendering to what is....

Sometimes I want life to be easy and only joyful. I think because of all the "work" that I have done, I'm entitled to this. There are seasons in life. While learning to receive the abundance and joy available to me is still a challenge from time to time, I know that my capacity for living fully continues. As a mature woman, I surrender to the joy and to the grief and losses. I allow it all to flow within me and embrace with a trust for the spiritual journey. Blessings to you on your journey.

Transitioning with our Ancestors

My daughter is transitioning from home and off to college. I notice that I recall my own college transitioning and how unconscious I was during this time. My feelings were frozen and I did not have the healthful grief that accompanies a life change. My mother and I did not discuss what was happening and the fears and joys involved. With my choice to be conscious in my life and do the transformational family of origin work, I find myself present to the experience and able to create a conscious space for my daughter to share her joy, grief and possibilities. It is a time to connect with my mother's spirit and my own heritage and know that we are all connected. I heal more from my own losses during early adulthood as I choose to be present and available for my daughter in her movement and initiation in this time of life.

The Art of Receiving....

I feel both thrilled and unworthy of this time with my guides. I know that there are soul partners waiting and available for each soul on the planet, but I wonder why only some answer this call. I feel deep sadness about this and wonder if there is anything that I can do. I bring this today to Mary and my guides.

“There is a flow within and without you that connects you to the Divine. It is a flow that you will find when you go within. It is there for you all the time. It will require that you come to yourself: daily, weekly and moment to moment. It will be most beneficial to you when you least desire connecting with the Divine Energy Flow to connect with the Energy. Still it is the time to connect so that your sense of peace and love will be restored.

This Divine flow is available to all, but few allow themselves this sacred gift. The skill to connect comes with practice and after some time of clearing away what gets in the way.

There is a time of grieving. There are times of anger and frustration. There are times of learning about self and seeing the world as a mirror. There are times of choosing new thoughts and letting go of the past. All of this takes time, energy and attention.

When this process is completed, one is able to connect easily with the Divine flow. It is a connection that comes in the quiet, but can be learned when outer noise is present as well. It is a connection that allows a flow, the Divine flow, to enter and create ease. It is a connection with deep breath and a calmness of mind.

Come to the flow and feel it as it enters your mind, breathe it deeply into your cells and experience connection to the Divine.”

The Power of Quiet

I am aware today of my Spirit Guides and Soul Partners calling me to "go with the flow." It's a challenge for me as I have always been one to get things done, coming from a family with a value for a good work ethic. Today, I am catching glimmers of understanding the difference between forcing an outcome through my own efforts and connecting deeply with Spiritual Resources, surrendering to the flow of Divine Guidance and taking actions that align with this flow. I am learning this distinction and feeling very excited as this wisdom seeps into my body, mind and soul.

In my prayer and meditation practice, I surrender to the moment and do my part to bring my consciousness into Divine Consciousness, releasing thoughts and fears that do not serve. As I release and empty myself to Divine Presence, I am able to receive the sense of Oneness and wisdom available to us all. In this moment, I surrender to the guidance of my Higher Power, God, Goddess and Spirit Divine knowing that as I stay present in the moment, I will see, hear, feel, and sense the abundance of Spiritual Guidance available to me. When I release concerns for my children, my own clients, my relationships with others, growing our wealth and making a difference in the world, I am then invited to follow the signs and guidance that comes to me. Surrender to the Holy Quiet and the Spiritual Flow offers me this amazing gift of Divine Connection. I am no longer "doing it on my own" but trusting that in the quiet, where I surrender, I can then receive and be guided in manifesting my desires and being of service to others.

Often our most powerful action is quiet stillness.

I long to reconnect with someone I know and love that I have been out of contact with for a while. I know they do the best they can and yet I do not know how to be amidst their anger and criticism without taking it all personally. I ask all of my guides to assist me and make clear to me any action there is to take and they say,

“Your action is stillness and quiet. Your action is prayerfulness and surrender. Your action is willingness to do something and the courage to do nothing.

You are doing all there is to do. As painful as it is, often the action to take is quiet waiting in stillness. As you disengage from an old, painful dynamic, there is perspective and clarity and joy comes in time.

When we see ourselves clearly and embrace quiet stillness, our hearts are free to embrace, to hold, to heal and to ask forgiveness. In quiet stillness, the answers come.

You can pray for all these things. You can ask for all these things. You can wait for all these things and it shall be given to you in Divine time, in Divine ways and in Divine form.

Prayer for yourself and pray for this person you love. Pray for your connection and continue to act according to Divine inner guidance.

All is well. Trust. Share your love with this person, heart to heart and spirit-to-spirit in quiet stillness. Surrender and relax.”

We carry wounds for our ancestors and there is a time to let these go.

I woke up feeling sad. There is someone that I feel jealous of for a couple of reasons. I feel hurt, shame and left out. It’s been challenging for me. My self-esteem is attached outwardly to this situation and I feel powerless to change my belief and feelings. Mary says,

“The places of our greatest struggles are the places of our greatest gifts. Embrace these challenges, these struggles. Hold them close and near to your heart. Breathe into them. They will lead you deeply inside to the place of an original hurt, a message and you will understand.

It is in these places that grace and mercy will join you. You have the healing power to transform the age-old memory and belief, one that your ancestors passed down to you and that you have been holding for them all.

Spirit asks us to be healed in order that we are able to offer healing to other people. Breathe into this place and trust that as you release the old, even your ancestors will be healed.”

“Those things we desire most will often come to us when we surrender and release the desire for them. It is an energy healing system inherent in the universe for those seeking spiritual maturity. What needs healing from deep within will continue to come up over and over again when we seek the healing from the outside. Once we seek the healing from the inside and the focus is no longer on the outer source, that which we want flows naturally and unexpectantly to us. It is a lesson we continually bump up against for the purpose of our highest good and spiritual calling.

Joy follows despair and dawn comes after the darkness.

You are on a path and the intensity of its pain and frustration is signaling a breakthrough soon. It is a powerful, transformational breakthrough.

Continue to notice the intensity of feelings, the desire for outside approval, and the request for an outward fix to your inward pain. Continue to notice the challenge and wound that shows up over and over again.

Claiming Divine Power

Loving our Shadows

I notice today how easy it is to love my beauty and how challenging to embrace my darkness. Sometimes I behave badly. I make choices that hurt myself and others and then the consequences of those choices leave me with myself, my character defects, my shadows and my darkness. I am grateful that I learn to share these dark places with others that love me and with a Higher Power. Humility is the great outcome of surrendering all of who we are and allowing ourselves to be loved when we feel we deserve it the least.

Learning to love the most hidden and shameful parts of ourselves requires great courage.

“Yes, this is true. We are able to love you, to see you, to know you in ways you are unable to see and know yourself. This is the great gift that we offer and the gift that you resist most.

Learning to love yourself and the places hidden deep within, of which there is the most fear and shame, is the greatest challenge of the spiritual life. It requires great courage. It requires admitting those parts are there. It requires clearing off the cobwebs and digging them out of the cellar and attic and exposing those parts to light.

In the light, there is remembrance, there is pain, there is self-loathing and there is self-hatred. There are tightly wound memories of the painful loss, anger, fear and shame we carry within.

Coming to us means coming to light, and coming to light means peeling off the ways we have kept hidden. It requires loving a part of ourselves we have wanted to forget. It means honoring a part of ourselves we want to keep in the dark.

The courage, willingness and commitment you have to come to us will be rewarded. Bringing to light all the places of hidden pain and woundedness will reap great and lasting rewards.

Your courage will reap freedom. Your willingness will reap great compassion and your commitment to serve will bring healing to the masses.

Honest Self-Reflection

There are many times when I want to blame someone else for what I am feeling, thinking or why I am behaving as I am. There are other times that I blame others for the circumstances in my life or for my dissatisfaction of the circumstances. While I do believe that I am responsible for my feelings, thoughts, behaviors and the circumstances in my life, it's still challenging to assume the level of responsibility for it all. For me, there is some payoff for looking outside myself for why it is as it is and something dysfunctionally comforting about believing that I am a victim to someone or something outside of me.

My honesty about this pattern is the beginning of transforming it and fully embracing the emotional and spiritual power that I have to create my life as I desire; without blame or criticism of anyone or anything else.

Next I must surrender myself to a spiritual practice and Higher Power that can assist in healing and changing me from the inside out. Awareness is the first step and surrender is the second.

Creating the Ceremony with Intention

The first step in the four step prayer and meditation practice from Blessings From Mary is CREATING THE CEREMONY WITH INTENTION. Our intention is more powerful than I think we often realize it is. When we sit down to do our prayer and meditation and begin with Creating the Ceremony with Intention, it alerts our mind and our spirits of something sacred happening. How we do this is up to us. Here are some suggestions for this initial step:

1) Find a place in your home or yard that you enjoy being. Be sure you are comfortable either on the floor or in a chair where you can relax.

2) Have candles, sage or incense to burn as part of the ceremony. You can also use items such as small totems, photos, rocks or special statues that hold significance for you as part of the sacred space.

3) Once you light the candle or sage or prepare the area, begin to breathe deeply and methodically. Connect with your breath and notice your thoughts, how easy or difficult it may be to focus. Allow yourself to be just where you are and enjoy the space.

Once you create this space for yourself, you will begin to feel the sacredness of it all over time. Our brains begin to experience this consistent time and rhythm as self nourishing and soon you will find yourself relaxing into the space.

Miracles...

The origin of the word "miracle" means an object of wonder. I have experienced miracles this week.

I know the foundation of my own inner growth and spiritual surrender created a fertile ground for these miracles and still I hold and honor these happenings with great joy and reverence. As I scanned through my book "Blessings From Mary" I discovered there were almost 50 references to miracles in the text and many of these references to miracles begin with honesty and vulnerability.

Today I open myself to experiencing more "objects of wonder" as I surrender what does not serve, open myself to receive and continue to stay awake. I invite you to do the same.

Today I am awed by how this simple time of sitting down and showing up for my prayer and meditation has yielded such loving and powerful connections with Mary and my guides. Part of me does not believe that I really deserve this time and another part is astonished at how simple and yet profound this practice has become for me. I give this all to Mary and my guides this morning.

“Yes, it is amazing how the simplest behaviors and practices in life are able to produce the most magnificent results. Sitting in the morning, lighting a candle and burning a bit of incense and sage are a simple yet profound ritual. Throughout time we all had practices, ceremonies and sacred spaces that we created with intention to invite holy presence. In this space and through this ceremony, we invite our most intimate spiritual allies to join us and to experience their energy, their mercy and their guidance.

Today we remind you that you deserve the miracles and blessings of abundance that are received from this simple practice of coming to us daily.

There are years and years, sometimes lifetimes, of soul work that is done to clear the emotional debris and embrace the gifts from our woundedness and history. We are here to remind you of your own courage in simply showing up, addressing your addictive patterns and pain and seeking sobriety and connection so that your spirituality can mature.

We remember times you surrendered your grief and shame and started your mornings on your knees seeking spiritual assistance.

Ego Work versus Soul Work

I think that we are all wounded and have shadows and character defects and places in our lives that we wish were transformed. When we embrace our own humanness, we embrace compassion for humanity. One of my personal challenges has been to share my gifts in service and let go of needing acknowledgment. My ego looks for this validation often and it is a place of continued surrender for me. Our soul’s work is to use our gifts for healing, not for feeding our ego.

“Yes, the discipline and maturity of your emotional and spiritual gifts will provide you this insight. You will see more. You will notice more. You will understand more. This is a gift. This is part of your destiny in service. Honor and embrace this gift of discernment and sight.

The only difficulty comes from trying to convince another of your insight and your ability. This is where your wounded ego takes charge and where discipline comes in. You are responsible for using this gift to be of service to those you encounter. “My child, my sister and my brother. To live in the world and not be of the world requires a unique connection to Divine Creator and a spiritual maturity not often found in social circles. These soul supports will come and have come to unite with you on your journey, but you must see them with eyes of a mystic with the eyes of one who honors Sacred Feminine Spirituality.

Your feminine spirituality will continue to unfold on the mystical journey and clarity and wisdom will emerge. There will be rejoicing, as well as somber reflection and unification for the greatest good. Feminine Spirituality unites and celebrates this maturity and wisdom.

Regrets...

Today I am aware of some regrets I have. As I look back and think about what I might have done differently in this specific situation, I find it easy to "beat myself up" and dwell on what I wish I had done and did not do. I search my book, "BLESSINGS From MARY" and find this reading from October 23rd that I find comforting. I know today that I can not transform anything until I allow myself to be with it as it is. I am on a plane and heading overseas. I feel lonely for my guides and eager to get answers to questions posed a few days ago about when to speak, when to confront and when to be quiet. I bring this question back to Mary and my guides today.

“Your resources are plentiful and without limit. The time to know comes through quiet and meditation. Sometimes clarity for the right action comes after taking the wrong action. This is the way of learning and maturity. It comes in trial and error and in taking risks to react and respond without perfect clarity ahead of time.

There are great gifts that come only from making mistakes and taking risks. All helps to clarify where your purpose lies, what values are yours intrinsically and what difference you are called to make.

Come to us with these urges to speak. Come to us with this obsession to convince and be heard. Come to us with all the questions and confusion you may have.

As you surrender and open to the greater wisdom and guidance available, all will become peaceful and clear. We are with you always.”

Loving our Darkness invites the light.....

There are moments when I wonder if old resentments, jealousy, fear and blame will always be with me. As I mature in my own spiritual and emotional intelligence, joy and fulfillment are more a part of my thinking, feeling and behaving, yet, there are moments when old resentments and jealousies surface.

On this journey of embracing Sacred Feminine Spirituality and deepening my own connection to living my Divine purpose, I am reminded that I can not become what I truly desire unless I am willing to honestly embrace my own humanness. I must begin by being with "what is" and especially with "what I resist." Then I embrace and love myself in this darkness. The old jealousies, resentments and wounded thinking are the places calling forth my deepest love and mercy.

In this daily meditation, I am reminded that Divine Energies are available to me whenever I choose to allow myself this gift. I simply sit in my own prayer and meditative state and invite my Spirit Guides to embrace me. There is something profound and yet very simple about this experience. It requires me to accept that there are unlimited spiritual resources available to me. It is my choice to receive them. It requires a high level of self-esteem as well as bold humility; a humility that sees myself worthy of receiving Divine guidance and capable of sharing them with others.

Today I allow myself the profound experience of spiritual connection. I call upon my guides and Spiritual Source to guide and embrace me with the sweet knowing that I am loved. The gifts that I receive from this connection are mine to use for blessing and service.

Embracing the Abundance of Spiritual Resources

In the journaling portion of the writing below, I see my own human perspective and some of the challenge on the path. It's hard to feel "spiritual" all the time. Often it's too much for my human mind to truly embrace the abundance of spiritual resources but repeatedly, my guides call me to believe in the wealth of connection available to us all. Simply showing up in my prayer and meditation practice accesses the amazing and inspiring mystical realm. Below is the meditation for February 28th. I hope it inspires you today.

To be a disciple of the spiritual life, you must come to us often.

Sometimes I feel far removed from my spiritual guides and spiritual center. With all the things to do in a day and in my life, connecting in a real way to my spiritual allies and friends seems like a fictional story and not a reality. I come to Mary and my guides with this apathy and these doubts today. Mary smiles and says,

“Even though you feel far away from us, you are near always in our souls and hearts. We hold you and carry special blessings to you even when you do not know it. We are here always and we love you completely.

Like all things of value, effort and discipline are involved. To be a disciple of our own spiritual unfolding, there is daily practice, focus and discipline. When you meet us daily and moment-by-moment, our connection will be easy and simple to enter into. When you withhold yourself from our daily, regular connection, there is time for resignation, frustration, doubt and self-will to enter. More time is necessary to reenter the realm of ease and communion with us.

There is great self-love that comes from allowing us to bless you moment by moment. From these continued blessings from us, you will give to others from your fullness within.

Come often. Come easily. Come.”

Immediate Gratification

I want immediate gratification and results in my life. I always have and probably always will experience a sense of urgency and restlessness inside. It's one of the reasons that the Four Step Process to a Unique Prayer and Meditation Practice in BLESSINGS FROM MARY is so welcome and special to me. The four steps are:

1. CREATING the CEREMONY with INTENTION followed by

2. AUTHENTIC JOURNALING, then

3. SWITCHING THE ENERGY and last but not least

4. SURRENDERING to the DISCIPLINE and CREATING DIVINITY CIRCLES.

Each step is about honoring ourselves by taking the time to create the space, being honest about what we bring to the process, turning our challenges and ego over to our Spirit Guides and Divine Source and then practicing, practicing and practicing more.

The practice is five out of seven days a week. I am gentle with myself when I miss that consistency and give myself permission to go often to the circle with a candle and sage. I give myself permission for this unconditional love and connection with the Divine.

Taking this time for myself is an act of love and care. We can increase our capacity to love ourselves as we develop consistency with this practice or any consistent prayer practice that we have. Immediate gratification comes over time. We begin to integrate the belief that we are worth the time to take and receive the unlimited spiritual love available to us as we bring ourselves to this practice over and over again.

At times I am frustrated with my own focus on me. I want to be acknowledged, validated, heard and judge that I am giving more than I am receiving. I'm embarrassed with my own immaturity and yet I know honesty with myself is the beginning of changing these old thoughts and beliefs. I know there is a Spiritual Solution to this. When I look outside myself for fulfillment, I set myself up for disappointment. If I am committed to spiritual and emotional maturity, then the daily discipline of my own PRAY and MEDITATION practice is the only resource that can really heal these old wounds and hurts inside. Today I am reminded that the Spiritual Resources available to all of us are without end and as I bring myself to my Spiritual Source and allow myself to receive healing, I am able to assist in directing others to this magnificent resource. I feel excited today with the stirring of this spiritual connection inside of me, I am given messages and gifts based in my own experiences especially through the challenges and struggles. I bring this to Mary and my guides today.

“Hear us now. We are here for you and our message is to be shared through you.

We say, ‘trust yourself.’ There is a time when the unraveling of addictive tendencies of mind, heart and body is complete and then the beginning of profound spiritual connection occurs. This connection happens with self, with Spirit, with the communities of soul partners and with the masses waiting to hear these spiritual messages.

Do you understand? This is part of your message. These are lessons you are to teach others.

Begin with self. Selfishly focus on self, nurturing sobriety, nurture abstinence and allow the emptiness inside to be filled with Spirit and Divine connection.

Then you will receive the messages to share with others. Your gifts and unique purpose will be made clear and your energies will be used for service. This is the message and lesson you will bestow on those with ears to hear and hearts to receive.

There is a time to speak and a time for quiet. Come to us and we will guide you from within.

Sometimes I ponder the challenge of women in spiritual leadership in our culture. The shadows and conditions around gender oppression that say, “Women should be quiet, nice and not cause trouble. A woman who speaks her mind likes drama and is considered a bitch.” I bring this to Mary and my guides. Mary says,

“Yes, you are right. There are additional challenges to bringing the Feminine Power into view for all to see, to taste and to grasp. As you are called to be one of these messengers, you have a fire to walk thru and are a target of projections and anger of others; those not yet ready to take responsibility for their own shadows and projections around feminine power and voice. This is your sacramental rite of passage. You will find many challenges and you will navigate through different situations in order to be heard and not persecuted in the process. You are learning which battles to choose.

You are learning when to speak and when your silence will make the greatest difference. You are learning how to speak from power sourced by the Divine and you are letting go of your own ego. This will influence and shake up the tightness of people’s beliefs and thoughts.

Your wisdom comes from allowing the fire walking of your journey to light the way for discernment.

You are trusting the guidance from within and though there may be some burns from past choices, you are learning how to walk the journey with our protection and guidance.

Come to us. We will guide you on your rite of passage and let you know which principles shall be spoken aloud and which must be allowed to mature more on their own. Honor our nudging and trust our guidance. We will teach you how and when to speak, how and when to watch and how and when to shine a light.”

I feel in awe of this time with my guides. I just never knew that they wanted to speak to me in this way. All I am doing is showing up and sharing myself and then I receive such wisdom and gifts for my soul. Today I am so grateful for this and I bring that gratitude to my guides.

“Is it possible there is a life of magnificence for which we are all called? If it is true, how exactly do we heed the call? How do we answer yes to this life of our dreams and deepest desires?

Today I have this strong sense of being held and loved by my spiritual guides and soul partners. They just wait to love me and respond to my requests. As the beginning of the year unfolds, I connect with them and with my own difficulty in receiving. I give this over to them.

“Sometimes it is hard to imagine that the entire universe responds to your request. It is easy to doubt that the angels and saints of old and present are waiting with excited ears and hearts to respond when you reach out. It seems unbelievable that the great beings of heaven and earth are available to serve you. I know it is difficult to believe, but it is true. We love you. We are here waiting for you to reach out. Our energy and purpose is to respond to your pleas and we delight in doing so.

To be of such value, such worth, such beauty and to command such power, this is true greatness. You are this greatness. You are the Creator’s creation. Your purpose in life is to discover this pearl of Divine wisdom and profound power and use it with your intention to fully love and serve.

Challenges on the Spiritual Journey

There is nothing more to do than come to us daily and follow the threads of intuition and action we provide.

My husband left yesterday to go overseas. I wanted to act out and overeat, but I did not. I miss the trees, the water, and the sky of the Northern land and have felt the depression, again, of leaving and returning to a hot city. Also, I am concerned about my books and their success or lack thereof. I also must say that I am sick and tired of my ego worrying about all these things. I bring this all to my meditation today.

“My child, this is your path. Spiritual seekers, those who make the greatest difference, ask for reassurance most often. This is not a sign of weakness, of fear or of shame. It is a sign of your deep and profound connection to Spirit and your wisdom in knowing you are sourced by souls and energies greater than yourself.

There is nothing more to do than what comes to you each day. Pay attention to the angels sent to assist you on your path. Follow the threads of action and the intuitions that you are being given. Pay attention to the vision you see and the spontaneous flashes of light.

We are with you. So many soul and spiritual supporters surround you. Let us bless you with clarity, assistance and action to take. Deep inside, your path resonates in your soul. This is to be guarded. This is to be honored. This is to be defended and protected above all else. Pay attention to the ways that we speak to you in this place deep inside.

You are on the path of sacred living. Your Divine purpose has been made clear. Teach others to do the same. Teach them how to find their purpose and manifest their unique gifts to the masses.

"So much is birthed in frustration and tension. Remember, there is nothing that you do alone. We are always with you and the way will be made clear for you. Doors will open, words will be spoken, support and allies will appear and all will be revealed. All will be revealed along the way.

It is your time and time for your gifts to be shared and spoken. Look for the signs and follow where the light leads. Notice where it does not shine the way as well. Pay attention to those who honor and bless you on the path and those who are not able to see clearly the path unfolding. These are the soul angels sent along the way. They are your guides, your allies, and your encouragers who bless and love you on your journey.

Watch for the old learned ways of trying to impress, convince or change those who do not honor and reflect your Divine giftedness and calling. There are more lessons here. To allow yourself the gift and blessing of Divine reflection ONLY takes time. You still want from someone else what they can not give and forget to welcome from others what they are able to give freely.

When you notice this old wound, come to us. Come to the place of comfort and nourishment for the young wounded places inside still seeking healing. I feel frustration, disconnection and tension with a friend. She seems resistant and frightened like a little girl. I am judging her and coming face to face with my own expectations, coming face to face with my own control and wanting things to be my way.

“It is perhaps, the most difficult and painful lesson; allowing people to be where they are, seeing them in their glory, seeing them in their woundedness and seeing them in all places in between. It requires discipline and a conscious intention to welcome all of who they are and all of who they are not. It requires self-love and discipline to welcome all of who we are and all of who we are not, as well.

Loving others is always a reflection of loving ourselves. Always. It is an indication of our shadows, warm embraces, tolerance, challenges and lessons to learn.

Look to your friend today. See and love in her the places that you are not yet fully able to love and embrace yourself. See your reflection and smile knowingly. Allow yourself the insight and wisdom of self-reflection and honesty.

I feel sad and lethargic today. It is hard to be of service to others when I am in this place. I also feel guilty knowing how much poverty and tragedy surround me. I know that I am fortunate in many ways even though my heart is heavy with injustice. I bring this to Mary and my guides for inspiration and comfort. I also feel the presence of my mother and my father with me.

“My child, you are loved, you are known, you are seen and heard. We are here for you. You have the rare privilege of knowing and experiencing, on the soul plane, what most do not know on the physical plane. With these mystical gifts and privileges come great sacrifice and pain. Often to experience the deepest joys, you will experience the deepest grief. This is the way of the mystic and the soul’s journey in honoring and embracing your Divine destiny.

Some answers and reasons for these happenings on the physical realm may not be clear. But, all these happenings have a reason in the soul and spiritual realm.

Nothing has occurred on the physical realm without purpose and opportunity for soul work to be done. As you embrace this mystical wisdom, you will see, know and experience the greater vision, purpose and Divine destiny for all things.

The desperation, loneliness and hopelessness, too, have their purpose. These physical sensations bring you to us. These physical sensations also allow you more vivid visions of your soul’s destiny. “There is an Energy Law that supports all of your actions to source your spiritual journey.

Whenever a choice is made consciously by you and through Divine intervention on your behalf, there is a shift of energy and a shift of worlds.

Each time a choice is made to honor yourself by closing a door or direction that does not serve you, a new path will open and you will see the blessing and Divine synchronicity of your journey with us.

Whenever you make a choice to honor your own inner knowing and release an attachment to an outer focus, you will find the world shifts to bless your new energy.

You will receive outward signs aligned with your inward commitment.

Money will flow to you. Partnerships will deepen or will be birthed. Your dreams and passions will be given a new outward expression.

Embracing and honoring our wounds is the first step to welcoming healing and blessing.

I sat with Mary and my guides in my prayer and meditation practice this morning and was able to see with her how to welcome great blessings in my life. She showed me how to live in the welcoming of blessings and not return to old patterns of drama and pain. Here is what came to me during this time.

“A spiritual life that begins and ends from within will always create more blessings and more good. Our energies become more and more aligned with that of Divine energy and only good will come from that. Outside of our meditations and time with our guides we will also find our thoughts more and more on spiritual matters and solutions.

We let go more readily.

We speak up for justice more easily.

We clearly say no when we mean no and yes when we desire yes.

We pray for solutions and guidance and take action after discernment and clarity have come.

We begin to clarify our own values and focus on honoring who we really are and what matters most.

As more good manifests around us, we have joy and peace as part of our daily being. We may find that deep, old messages of pain will surface telling us we don’t deserve or who do we think we are, etc.

These are times to embrace ourselves and let the pain and sadness of these hurtful, oppressive messages wash over us. This allows the messages and wounds to be felt, honored and released. If we welcome and don’t resist these old messages, they will lose their power to sabotage or sneak up on us in other ways to make themselves known and heard. We can listen with openness, appreciate the role they have played and welcome our new beliefs.

The Divine Creator demands our self-expression.

We are created to be bold and bring our unique message and gift to others.

We deserve to be surrounded and blessed with beauty and abundance.

We deserve and are called share this beauty and abundance with others.

Always the cleaning and clearing comes from within. We welcome the good. We know that allowing the old messages to have a voice allows for them to be released. We then welcome the good and new messages to take their place.

I feel frustrated about a group of women whom I judge to be controlling and cliquey. There is part of me that wants to fit in and part of me that does not want to fit with them at all. I bring my fear and my frustration to my guides and ask for comfort.

“We bless your fear. We bless you. Fear is a great gift for you. Fear is the source of most unconscious choices and behaviors that harm. Fear is the source of potential unrealized and destinies unexpressed. Fear is the foundation of so many losses; losses of those unable and unwilling to honor the deepest calling within. Fear often keeps us from the most profound kindnesses and guidance within.

When you are willing to embrace your fear, experience its wisdom and allow yourself to befriend it, movement and transformation will happen.

The stress of the back and forth is getting to me and I can feel myself wanting to withdraw, so I am aware of my fear today. I feel trapped too and this is when I create conflict with him. “This sense of being trapped and the instinct to run is the place for you to bring us. This is the place to embrace and dwell. This is the place to invoke the ancient healing energies waiting for your invitation. We are with you here. Allow us to come ~ to dwell ~ to heal.

These are the great gifts we unwrap through our connection to others. These wounds, deep, deep fight or flight wounds, only surface when things matter most. I’ve missed my meditation with Mary. My confidence is low and shame and fear seem high. I have writing to do and service to share with others. I give myself to you dear Mary, dear divine being that Guides and Blesses me. How can I best be of service to those souls awaiting my guidance, my words, my vesseling of the divine?

“Letting go is often like jumping off an icy slope not knowing when or what the bottom will be like. It is like jumping into deep, dark water having never swam there before and being uncertain of what lies beneath the glassy surface.

Surrendering to these places deep within will call us to honor our desires, our wants and move in the direction of our dreams. We are called this way even though we may not be familiar with the landscape before us. Each step may bring us to unfamiliar terrain, then the next step and the next step. Please relieve me of myself and this bondage I am in and use me for your work and for the service I am called to be in the world. Please help me as I surrender to you and my guides.

“My dear child and friend,

There are many challenges, struggles and obstacles along your path. The gifts come from overcoming. Overcoming happens when it happens. You must trust the journey and as you come to us consistently with the discipline and willingness of a servant wanting to please and honor her Master, his Guiding Light, the fragments of gold, of wisdom, of joy and of inspiration will be bestowed mercifully.

Obedience is your greatest lesson. To obey means to move in the direction and listen to what is guided from within. As you obey these stirrings inside your heart and soul, your lessons will be complete.

I feel sad a lot and lonely. We are on vacation and with friends and I am not really enjoying their company or the company of my family. I feel disconnected. I’m lonely for my routine and want to be connected but not certain where I fit, where to go, how to be and connect with others. I see myself a part from, just as I recall as a child. So much on the outside looking in and into what, I am not sure. I bring this to my guides for comfort.

“We are here for you. We have always been and always will be. This journey, this conscious and awake journey that we are on together has many unknowns. There is an ancient work to do at certain times and there are lessons, plenty of learning and lessons along the way.

Honor your love of nature. Allow yourself to resonate deeply with the stillness, the rhythm and season of life and the whispers that come in the silence.

If there is other passion inside you looking for expression, then honor this. It is time to honor the stirring within, the passion and desire that rise forth in the silence and stillness. It is time to feed and honor this place in your soul.

Listen for other guidance and leadings as well. They will come to you when you listen and are open to hearing.

Today I struggle with my own jealousy and internal demons. There is a woman that I love, but also feel jealous of. I see her in many different circles in my life and do not like how she triggers me. I bring this to Mary and my guides today.

My guides speak,

“We see ourselves in all places. There are mirrors everywhere. When we choose to look into the mirror and intend for honest self-reflection, great gifts will come. Remember, as you see yourself clearly and learn deep and lasting love and compassion for all you see, this deep and lasting love will spring forth from within. You will offer this healing and freedom to others.

This woman you know reflects you. This woman you love, yet there are more wounds that require draining. What you see in her is a wound in you that requires lancing. Lance with love. Lance with care. Lance with gratitude and allow the healing and blessings to come forth. As you surrender to us with the intention of healing and service for all, there will be purification and wisdom given.

Trust what you see and know just as she comes from a wounded place, so do you. Love this place inside yourself and let that compassion flow to her as well.

I think most of us have had an experience of the Divine, whatever we choose to call this Higher Power. We have all had the experience of knowing there is someone or something greater than ourselves and we rely on and often, pray to, this Being. Some of us have even had profound spiritual experiences in which for a moment or even a few moments in time, we were privileged enough to seemingly connect with the Sacred. There were synchronicities and serendipitous moments that could only be explained through acknowledging a miraculous touch of Divine Spirit.

How do we increase these momentous occasions? How might we design our lives in such a way that profound spiritual experiences become a daily happening? The answer, I believe, is through a prayer and meditation practice. Whatever that is and however we design it to suit our spiritual longings, doing this on a regular basis increases our capacity to experience Divine connections. Practice sitting and breathing just 5 minutes a day. Experiment with what works for you. Light a candle. Burn some sage. Bring a Journal or meditation book to read from. It's up to you.

As you do this over time, you will begin to increase your own capacity to encounter the Divine. Your brain and your spirit will begin to expect these sacred connections to happen. Breathe deeply and get ready.

Criticism of another is a reflection of our own self-hatred....

I do not like the phrase "self-hatred." I don't like to admit that I hate myself. Yet, I've come to believe that there are still parts of myself that I've not yet embraced with love and acceptance. I want to deny certain characteristics or shadows that I have. An indication of this for me is when I find myself judging or criticizing another person. Whatever I judge harshly about them, I've learned to notice and explore as a place in my own being that I reject and deny.To look within when I blame or criticize another takes great courage. The rewards I have found include deeper self-awareness, a greater capacity for love of self and others and compassionate understanding. Here is what my guides have to say about this~

Our judgements of another are always a reflection of ourselves.

“Our judgments of another, a group or an institution, are just that, judgments, opinions and reflections. Sometimes this information comes out of our desire to serve and out of our divine purpose and the difference we are called to make. The judgement or perception we have helps us to be in reality about the situation we are dealing with and assists us in how best to make a contribution.

If the opinion that comes to us brings joy, generosity of heart or clarifies an action to take that will provide further spiritual service, it comes from intuition and love, for service and well-being.

Sometimes our mind will bring forth judgments and opinions that come from fear. It is an automatic reaction to a person, a place or a situation that has threatened our ego and is reflecting something that we resist seeing within ourselves. Divine center cannot be threatened; there is no ego to protect. When opinions and judgments come out of defense and as a way to separate, we know it is from ego and fear.

Pay attention the moment after an opinion or judgment comes to you. Breathe it in and ask us to discern with you. Surrender it to us. Ask us to assist you in seeing what is being reflected to you. How might this judgement of another mirror to you a place you've not yet loved within yourself? Welcome it when you sense it comes to assist you in being of service or as an opportunity for your own healing. Take a moment to pause to invite divine discernment and our assistance.

The greatest act of service for all comes from learning to love ourselves first. From this self-compassion, self-forgiveness and self-acceptance, we give to others from the purest and most authentic spiritual source."

Ancient Mothers....

I was reading in my meditations received from my guides yesterday and read the most beautiful one from a year ago. Often after the inspirations are channelled, I do not remember them. This is a great blessing as I can go back a year or two and read them fresh and as though for the first time.

A friend share yesterday about another woman who is a colleague of ours who is challenged with some health issues and there is much around her that is requiring attention as well. As I sent a note of support and encouragement, I remember this beautiful meditation given so generously to me that I had just read. It reminds me of the synchronicity and abundance available to us in the spiritual and soulful realms. I shared it with her and now I share it here with you as well.

Ancient mothers gather to nurture, bless and comfort you.

“Today you are my daughter, my daughter of earth, soul and spirit. You are sacred daughter and the ancient mothers gather to nurture you, bless you, comfort you and guide you.

We are here to hold, to honor and embrace. Sacred mothering requires a deep and lasting belief in the ancient resources of Spirit and Soul.

We call together all that is needed and wanted when bestowing mercy and blessings as asked.

We are here for you.

We are here for those you love. Your prayer for others, other daughters of Earth and Spirit, all are blessed by your prayer and intention.

It’s time to allow these blessings to come. It’s time to follow the guidances of ancient mother. We gather now to hold you, to intend with you, to bless and bestow mercy and courage on your heart and soul.

Our work is ahead and as you come to us dear daughter, we bless and anoint you with Sacred Mother to hold and guide, comfort and bless others.”

Faithlessness and Discouragement

There was discouragement in my spirit today and a sense of confusion. These are the times when I least wish to sit in prayer and meditation, opening myself to the Spiritual resources available. I've learned over time that this is the time that it is most important to bring myself to this spiritual place and commune with my Soul Partners and Spiritual Guides.

When I arrived to my meditation, I was without hope. In the 15 minutes that I sat, took deep breaths and opened up to what might be available to me, I experienced both hope and joy. The simple discipline of sitting quietly and bringing myself, with intention, to my spiritual guides always transforms me energetically. Here is some of their encouragement to me,

"Remember that discouragement is simply a moment without heart. As you come to us~open, willing and surrendered~your heart's vitality, your heart's longing and your heart's desire will be restored and renewed.

Come to us. Offer to us your discouraged heart and allow us to bestow mercy, joy, faith and desire."

The very simple act of discipline, of coming to stillness with our Soul Partners brings to us the abundant comfort and connection that renews our spirits.

This is the greatest wisdom that has been given to me. It is the constant nudging and fulfillment of spirit that is mine when I simple allow myself the quiet of meditation and prayer, calling upon my guides.

Letting go of approval~

I am a middle aged woman with children, a husband, a couple of careers. Today I am committed to inspiring people to find their Holiness within. I am a writer and healer and teacher. In the last several years, I've been involved in a daily spiritual practice in which I've brought myself to a circle of Soul Partners and received channeled wisdom and comfort from these guides. It's all been written down and I am in the process of making these meditations public. I am also an international traveler and seen many different walks of life. In many ways, I am a seasoned and mature being on this journey of life and for all if it, I am very grateful.

With all that I am committed to and all that I am up to in this world, with all that I have seen and done, I find I still seek the approval of others. I wonder if people will like me, what they will think of me, if they will see how special and talented and gifted I am or at least I think I am. It's embarrassing, really, to still want others to validate me so. This wounded ego gets tiring after a while. I get tired of my own self having to deal with such immature thoughts and feelings.

When I have brought this particular challenge to my prayer and meditation practice, Mary Magdalene and my guides have been kind, but they have reminded me that I can not have it both ways. Here is some of what they say to me:

"There is really no way that you can follow your heart and live out your Divine Purpose while at the same time, seeking the approval of others. You will have to look and see which is more important-do you seek to be liked or do you seek to follow your soul and heart's calling from deep within? Often, there is only room for one thing. Seek not to be honored in the eyes of others. Seek to be honored and whole within your own heart and soul. This is true joy. This is true fulfillment. This is true peace."

There is a unique kind of courage that one has who truly seeks the answers within. To find these answers and follow their guiding means trusting that which is often unseen and known in the moment. Following this inner integrity means giving up the tangible pat on the back and comfort of being liked and approved of by those people we can see and hear and touch. It requires a faithfulness and internal maturity that comes from walking the spiritual path alone and often, experiencing the consequences of loneliness and banishment from the norm, so to speak.

Mary Magdalene and our Spiritual guides will often call us into obscurity and isolation as a way of bringing the stillness of our souls and hearts out of obscurity and isolation. We are in the physical world but not of the physical world. In the quietness that gives up outside conformity and approval, we find ourselves. Once we have found ourselves, we find our soul partners as well. This is the journey of our authentic self and the path in which we find our Divine Purpose.

I had a mentor once say, "If it were easy, everyone would be doing it."

SEASONS for all things....

Not long ago I was having difficulty letting go of a relationship that I knew in my mind and heart had long run its course. While I would continue to really love and care for this person, I knew that the energy that I bestowed was not received with the maturity and gratitude I deserved. I was giving and not receiving and while I think that charity and service are important values of mine, discerning these distinctions and having good boundaries in honoring my energy is essential. I was being used by someone and they did not possess the emotional and spiritual maturity to honor my energy and graciousness.

I brought this to my prayer and meditation practice one morning, lamenting this woman and my own resistance to letting her go and honoring myself. Mary Magdalene and my guides spoke to me and reminded me that, "....there is a season to all things and in order to experience a new birthing, one must allow and welcome death."

Wow. There was more they spoke to me as well. They reminded me that during the difficult times of letting go and embracing an ending or a death of sorts, I must come to them. In the feeding of my spiritual connection, most especially during difficult times, I would be feeding my own spiritual and emotional maturity. There was not a loss or death that my Spiritual Guides had not endured. Understanding and witnessing my grief in letting go would provide comfort and joy to me.

I share this with you out of desire to be of service. Our spiritual connections begin within and as we honor and embrace this soulful journey, we come closer and closer to living authentically and expressing our Divine Destiny and Soul Purpose.

Breathe deeply and come to your own spiritual connection with your own unique set of Guides and Spiritual Companions. They are waiting for you. Your spiritual guides and soul partner are waiting to witness your grief in letting go as well as celebrating the seasons of birth and transformation in you life. There are seasons for all things.

The Safety of Vulnerability

There is no safer place than an open and vulnerable heart.

On this day I realize that I want things to be easy and I am trying to force solutions and outcomes. I want people to behave as I want them to behave. I feel agitated and angry. I bring this all to Mary and my guides and they respond.

"Just as you cannot, through sheer force of will, move a mountain or influence the actions of another, sheer force can not untangle or rearrange the wounded places of your spirit. This unfolding, this relaxing of tension, comes through continued practices of prayer, surrender, openness and release.

You must use your bold vision and intention with clear motives and honest expression. You must let go of protecting yourself or another from the wounds of their past.

Let go of your own desire to hide and protect. There is no place safer than the vulnerable and open heart of one desiring and intending for mercy and healing.

Your relationships are a mirror of the Great Divine Spirit calling you to open up and surrender. Again, again and ever again.

You have an illusion of safety, an illusion of risk, a fantasy of protection and a dream of fulfillment.

Safety comes from within. Safety always begins and ends from within.

Risk is a necessary action of deepened awareness and growth.

Fulfillment comes from honoring your own knowing within."

A woman's intention for healing can invoke an abundance of resources.

"There are many who are in pain, hungry and without kind touch. You have the ability to call upon an infinite and abundant set of resources at any time. The angels and saints and guides that wait for your call will rush to your side and respond to your intention. Spirit energy will make a difference. Mothers yearn to spread their loving energy. Women most especially are able to visualize healing a child and comforting a hurt and needy one.

These thoughts of love will carry through the timelessness and healing will come. The vision of one woman comforting another or many touching the needs of several children will create a blanket of mercy and connection. Your beckoning the energies of ancient spirits will connect these energies of all.

A difference will be made. Do not doubt the power of one woman to connect and beckon the power of many.

This power heals. This power comforts. This power creates possibility.

We are abundant resources for all.

Come to us. Come to us. Come to us. Summon our powers and bless all."
