With those you love, open your heart. The heart opened is to you first. Then from this deep and profound love and compassion for self, you find your love and compassion for the other. Stand in bold care of self. Stand in fearless love of self. Stand in abundant mercy for self. All else in harmony and order of Divine care and compassion falls from this place. We are with you.”

Today I am aware of a breakthrough in a pattern and painful dynamic in my marriage. My husband and I have had some challenges in our communication over the last few months and in seeking some outside assistance, we are able to see more clearly, respect our differences more deeply and reconnect more authentically. One of our greatest joys together is laughter. Enjoy this picture and at the same time, remember to stay committed to your dreams, deepest desires and values. Breakthroughs will happen!
